Stopping a makeup brush to lose hair?

I have some nice brushes hair loss. This is a brand name (Chanel) and should not be. They came from eBay (I bought another no problem) and China on board. Chanel brushes are made in China? Maybe they are too old, because they are of excellent quality unless this problem … Is it possible to stop a losing hair brush?
