Estee Lauder, Clinique vs?? Or else you would recommend?

I am looking for a foundation that will continue throughout the day, and also gives the face a glow. Type of rheumy eyes. And I want to go on smooth, natural appearance. However, coverage is also good for the money. Do not want a pharmacy of the foundation. I think most a few lines, or possibly Clinique Estée Lauder. I was using Mac, but my side door as quickly and makes my face Flakey perspective in some places. Comments?
