how to apply eyeliner goood!?

So when I put eye liner drawn down and apply it on my waterline. Can I do the same, but not this time. How can I request that they still have a dark color, but it will last so long? seems this eyeliner (Glimmersticks Avon) comes so easily, by then end of the school, it seems that barley even put in any. Please please help?!

I had the same problem, so they began to use an eyeliner waterproof. It's a little harder to take off at the end of the day, but you can get cheap Remover is working on the waterproof eyeliner. Just make sure it is not highly perfumed. My eyeliner lasts from morning until bedtime (when I removed;])
