Black vs. Brown – mascara and eyeliner?
I have always used black eyeliner and black mascara and just heard that if you have fair skin, should use brown. Is this true? I am white and have blond hair, use mascara and eyeliner for brown eyes?! I have in some such as the Dramatic Look Mascara Black gives, but eyeliner can be a bit heavy. I do not wear much makeup, usually just eyeliner, mascara and a little shade. Any advice or suggestions? Thank you!
I would brown .. I am very seasoned in black if the type of praise for me, but as you, as their best target I would use Brown is my friend and I did well trry and that's all they use! It is not too dark so it looks better than black Heavy! Good luck:)
