Water-based primary foundation for oily skin?
I wear loose mineral foundation and I am in search of good water quality based primer (silicone me out). My skin is very oily and shiny, flaky, but at the same time, my acne medication. I tried bareMinerals primetime. It made my makeup go very well, but actually decreased their power to stay, and did nothing to control the brightness. If anyone can recommend a good water based primer, that's great =) Or the use of silk dust before and after applying makeup works best?
Arbonne is an excellent textbook! They are the makeup is also the best I've used. In fact, they were also a product for acne and is called Clear Advantage. I used to use proactively few years ago and recently discovered to bleach. No wonder my clothes are stained. Also, check labels you use things (makeup, moisturizer, etc), where mineral oil, discard it. It acts as a barrier does not allow other ingredients in their products to penetrate and is bad for the skin (the second cause of aging, after sun and before smoking).
